Jim Reinhardt
President & CEO / Owner
Jim joined the family business in 1983, starting as a local salesman and manager. In 2009, he became the sole owner of B&C Steel. Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren, maintaining his acreage, traveling, golfing, and cheering on the Huskers.
Lewis Reinhardt
COO / Co-Owner
A Scottsbluff native, Lewis has been immersed in the family business since 1999, working in nearly every area of the company. He enjoys time with his wife and four children, golfing, shooting, hunting, traveling, and, of course, University of Nebraska Cornhusker football.
Dustin Jones
CFO / Co-Owner
Before joining the family business in 2012, Dustin served as a systems and analytics manager for an international mortgage bank. He now brings that expertise to B&C Steel. Outside of work, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons and has a deep passion for both golfing and music.
Kelly Strey
Senior Project Manager / Sales – Nebraska
Kelly has been with B&C Steel since 1996, bringing extensive experience in contracting and sales. His deep knowledge of the industry helps drive the company’s continued success.
Chris Herron
Sales - Colorado
Since joining B&C Steel in 2011, Chris has used his experience to built strong relationships with customers throughout Colorado and Wyoming, helping to expand the company's reach in these key markets.
Jordan O'Brien
Sales - Iowa & Wisconsin
Jordan, who started with B&C Steel in 2023, brings nine years of experience from Sukup Manufacturing to his new role. His fresh perspective and experience with large-scale manufacturing make him a strong asset to the team.
Ernie Shoup
Sales - New Mexico
Ernie has been with B&C Steel since 1999, gaining hands-on experience in building erection, quality control, customer service, and management. This ensures a well-rounded approach to customer satisfaction.
Brian Johnson
Sales / Shipping Coordinator
Brian has been part of the B&C Steel since 1996, starting as a welder and in all aspects of fabrication. His experience positions him as a key player in coordinating sales efforts across the company.
Casey York
Estimating / Contract Coordinator
Casey joined B&C Steel in 2000, bringing his prior experience as a General Contractor to the team. His expertise in estimating and contract coordination ensures accuracy and efficiency in every project.
Grant Gibson
Sales Associate
Grant has been with B&C Steel since 2021, initially working in the trim and panel shop before transitioning to a sales role. His hands-on experience in the field helps him connect with customers and deliver top-notch service.
Jason Spense
Sales Associate
With 29 years of steel building sales experience, Jason helps farmers, contractors, pilots, and business owners design durable pre-engineered buildings, delivering dependable service through B&C Steel.
Bari Thompson
Engineering Manager
Bary has been with B&C Steel since 1984, providing him with with extensive experience in steel building detailing and drafting. His leadership in the engineering department ensures that every project requirement is met.
Jerry Russel
Plant Manager
Since 1989, Jerry has played a critical role in the fabrication, welding, and quality control processes at B&C Steel. As a certified welding instructor, he also shares his expertise to help train the next generation of fabricators.
Levi McConkey
Steel Sales Manager
Levi has been with B&C Steel since 2012, working in the warehouse, steel sales, and purchasing. His experience gives him a comprehensive understanding of the steel industry and customer needs.
Cory Weatherfield
Warehouse Manager
Cory has been with B&C Steel since 2002, bringing a wealth of experience from his time as a welder, saw shed operator, and trim break operator. His diverse background makes him a key part of operations and warehouse management.
